Resurfacing
Is it time to refresh the look of your partitions? Our service technicians can also resurface the faces. They are trained to remove and re-install the panel hardware so that the face material is properly installed under the trim pieces. These include handles and hardware, horizontal and vertical trim, closure pieces and escutcheon cups. A wallcovering company not trained in operable partition covering will not be capable of removing and replacing the hardware and trim. In most cases when the hardware and trim are not removed, the face material will be butted against the trim, leaving the raw edges unprotected, becoming loose and frayed over time. Our technicians are also trained in the proper preparation of the panel substrate prior to installing the new wallcovering. Improper preparation will result in issues such as substrate rusting and wallcovering delamination. Refurbishing

Turnkey Replacement
Typically, the lifespan of an operable partition is approximately 20 years when properly maintained. When the time has come to consider replacement, our team of factory trained technicians will handle all aspects of the project including demolition and disposal of existing track and panels, patch and repair of ceilings as required, protection of surrounding materials, painting and installation of new operable partitions. Track and Carrier Replacement
If your partitions have become difficult or unsafe to move and your budget doesn’t allow for a complete turnkey replacement, consider a track and carrier replacement. Similar to the scope of work described in the turnkey replacement, you will be left with new state of the art, architectural grade aluminum track and high performance carriers. This track and carrier replacement option can be easily installed on any manufacturer’s partition leaving you with a safe and smooth operating system. When you are ready to replace the partitions, new partitions can then be easily installed into this new track system.
